- Priority 1: Customers with 24 hour rush filing
- Priority 2: Customers with elite package & serial no delivery in 3 days
- Priority 3: Customers with diamond package & serial no delivery in 5 days
- Priority 4: Customers with platinum package & serial no delivery in 10 days
- Priority 5: Customers with gold package & serial no delivery in 30 days
