CRM - Assigned

To proceed with assisting the customers with ID.me Verification, you can use your CRM. Here’s an overview of your CRM.

All customers with the Official Trademark Registration Fee paid will appear in Assigned tab of your CRM. Each column of the CRM is explained below.

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer which they used to sign up with on the website.
  • Brand Name: The name of the brand through which the customer signed up.
  • Status: Indicates the current stage of the customer, which will always be Trademark Registration Fee Done, ID.me Verification Pending.
  • Date Assigned: The date on which the customer paid the Official Trademark Registration Fee and was assigned to you.
  • Notes: Shows the last comments made by you regarding any communication with the customer.
