As soon as the customer makes payment for the Trademark Registration Fee, the senior trademark expert will initiate a conference call with you to introduce you to the customer.
If you are unavailable for the conference call, the senior trademark expert will inform the customer about the ID.me verification step, and that you will handle the process for that customer.
The customer will appear in the assigned tab of your CRM from where you can proceed to make the call directly, by clicking on the call icon.
