Additionally, we utilize a secure process for creating the USPTO dashboard through an encrypted email service provider, GuardedInbox, adding a layer of security to the USPTO filing process. We do not proceed with the USPTO filing process without this step.

Even if the customer already has an existing USPTO dashboard, as a part of our policy, we ask them to change their primary email address to a guardedinbox email, because we aim to protect our customers from being targeted by trademark bullying.

Once the filing process is complete, we will deliver the serial number to the customer in an encrypted format.
