The stages include:

• Initial Review by a USPTO Examining Attorney.
• Examination of query responses submitted to USPTO.
• Publication for Opposition on the trademark.
• Opposition Period allowing others time to file for opposition.
• Final Review and Decisionregarding trademark application.
• Statement of Use Filing if the customer has started using the mark Registration Certificate.
