During the stages, if the trademark application is maintained, it will remain live and trademark registration certificate will be issued in 6-10 months if no opposition is filed.
Opposition can extend the process to 18-24 months.
If the Trademark Application is not maintained, the application maybe considered abandoned, canceled or dead.
