Application
- On the next screen, the customer's selected products/services are categorized into broad categories/USPTO Main Class, each displaying the relevant USPTO sub-classes.
- Customers must register their trademark in at least one broad category.
- Each additional category incurs a separate fee.
- Selecting multiple products within one broad category will not incur additional costs.
- It is recommended that the customer only adds relevant products/services, as adding irrelevant products/services will significantly delay the application processing period.
