Application

Next the customer will proceed to finalize the product/service categories in which they want to register the trademark. There are 3 ways to do this.

1. If the customer has provided a URL of their website, social media or e-commerce platform while mentioning their trademark usage, our AI-powered system, will display the relevant USPTO categories based on the products/services on that URL.
2. Customer can directly enter their products/services in the search bar as per the instructions, or browse a list in xls. or csv. format.
3. Customer can enter the name of a trademark doing a similar business to theirs, and we will display the USPTO categories in which a similar business has registered their mark, to help the customer select their products/services with ease.
