Next, the customer must select the "Trademark Application Type Details"
This screen will only appear if the customer has initially selected Mark with 2 Elements or Mark with 3 elements.
Based on the selection, the trademark application will be filed either as a composite application with individual protection for all elements or as a basic application without individual protection for each element.
If a customer opts for individual protection for each element, their trademark registration service package fee will be doubled or tripled, based on the mark they selected.
