Adding Multiple Owners
If there are multiple partners in a partnership, joint venture or limited partnership, multiple trustees in a trust or multiple excecutors in an estate.
- If there are more than one owners to the trademark, which jointly own the mark, you can click on Add Another Owner Option at the bottom of the screen.
- This will open the entire form again, you can proceed to select entity type and provide relevant details for the second owner.
- This way, customers can add as many owners as they like to their Trademark Application.
