- Specify whether this entity is US based or a Non-US based
- Select Country in case they select Non-US based
- Provide Complete Address Details Including City, State/Province, Street Address, and Zip Code
- Then they will proceed to provide First Name, Middle Name & Last Name and Citizenship of Partners
