Individual Owner
If a customer selects individual, as the entity type, they will be required to
- Enter the First Name, Middle Name & Last Name Separately
- Specify Additional Name Information, if applicable, such as AKA, Trading As, Known As, Doing Business As
- Specify whether they are a US Citizen or a Non-US Citizen
- Select Country of Citizenship in case they select Non-US
- Provide Complete Address Details Including City, State/Province, Street Address, and Zip Code
