Your Customers - Assigned Open Lead

At the bottom of the CRM interface, there’s a button “Potential Customer Queries and Canned Answers"

  • This includes all the potential customer queries and answers relevant to ID.me Verification.
  • By clicking on the button, you can see detailed canned responses for all customer queries. You can search the relevant customer query in the search bar, and send the answer to the customer.
