Cycle

  • Throughout the process, automated email reminders are sent to customers when they pause at any step. If the customer does not return to complete the step, the following reminder cycle is triggered:
  1. First Reminder: 15 Minutes after the initial pause
  2. Second Reminder: 24 hours after the initial pause
  3. Third Reminder: 72 hours after the initial pause
  4. Fourth Reminder: 7 days after the initial pause
  5. Final Reminder: 15 days after the initial pause
  • During the reminder cycle, you can call the customer from the CRM. However, if 3 call attempts are unanswered, your call option for a customer with verified phone number is blocked for 3 hours, and for 24 hours if the customer’s phone number is unverified.
  • Similarly, you can also send one chat link per day to the customer.
