Transfer Call
To Senior Trademark Expert
- Once the customer has made the Payment for Trademark Registration Service Package, remember to transfer the call to the Senior Trademark Expert by clicking on the blue button in your call interface, as shown here.
- Introduce the customer to this agent, and inform them that this senior trademark expert will now provide them dedicated support throughout the trademark registration process.
- If the senior trademark expert is not available for call, you can inform the customer that the senior expert will now handle their trademark registration process.
- If you do not inform the customer about the senior trademark expert, your conversion for this lead will not be counted.
