Payment Authorization

Not always, but sometimes customers may be required to authorize payments by entering an authorization code on a screen as shown here. In this case,

  • Customers need to call their bank and ask for the authorization approval code for the transaction.
  • Enter the code in the field, & press the submit button to authorize the payment.
  • If customers do not enter the authorization code within 24 hours, the payment will become void and the amount will be refunded.
  • Alternatively, if customers do not have the authorization approval code, customers can make payment through an alternative payment method available there.
