- The customer must select either "Yes" or "No" and then click the "Confirm" button to proceed to payment.
- If they select Yes, the rush filing fee will be added to their cart.

Customers can also opt for 24-Hour Rush Filing, a service with which they receive the USPTO serial number within 24 hours. When on call or chat with the customer, you can pitch the rush filing yourself.
