Recognizing this, both us and the official institutions understand the need for flexibility in payment timelines and allow the customer time for payment, or making the payments in installments.

Adjournments are sometimes necessary to provide the customer with the additional time needed to arrange their finances. This flexibility allows us to postpone processes like trademark registration, response to queries, or hearings during the TTAB petition trial until the fees are settled.

Customers can opt to pay fee in two monthly installments where applicable in the cycle.
