In rare instances, the court may order the submission of section declaration documents during the proceedings of the trial.
In such an instance, as a part of our Advance Maintenance Service, we will handle the filing for section declaration document in USPTO and submitting the required document to the court.
The customer only needs to pay the official USPTO fee for filing section declaration which is very nominal.
