After the initial 3 or 4 hearings, we assess the case and file the damage compensation claim.

There is a fixed official chart outlining the damage compensation claim with the security deposit to be submitted in court.

We file the damages as per the chart, and the customer is required to make the corresponding payment.

Upon a favorable trial conclusion, the court disburses the awarded compensation to us. We then transfer the compensation to the customer, deducting our 10% fee from the rewarded amount.
