If the customer approves the Advanced Trademark Maintenance offer, we submit the response to the petition immediately.
The customer is not required to pay any fee to us, as the cost is covered in our package. We will charge 10% of the damage compensation, which will be addressed at a later stage in the during the petition process.
All communication and updates regarding the case will be managed by our legal department.
