Your Team Customers - Communication Wise screen provides a structured and detailed view of the status of customer cases handled by each agent in the team.

The screen begins with a summary section that aggregates key metrics, such as the total number of cases assigned, scheduled, and those currently in various stages of the process.

For each team member, the report shows the number of interactions assigned to them across these communication modes.

Additionally, there is an option to reassign leads to other team members.
