As previously explained, the "Your Team Customers - Status Wise" screen offers a detailed view of the status of customer cases managed by each agent.

Similarly, the "Your Customers - Refund Request/Wire Recall/Charge back Wise" screen provides an overview of cases involving refund requests, wire recalls, and charge backs.

These are exactly like your own reports, just with an additional agent column, thus displaying you agent wise reports.
