As a team lead, you also have the responsibility to distribute the conversion% of your team members for those leads which were assigned to other team members due to unavailability or blocking of CRM of another agent.

While the CRM automatically allocates 50-50 for each, based on the involvement of each agent, you can increase or decrease the percentage from this screen.
