Your Team Management
As a team lead, in addition to your functions as an agent, you have an additional tab of Your Team Management in your CRM. This includes the following:
- Your Team Performance: On current & proposed system.
- Your Team Quality Assurance: Displaying the attendance and communication of your team.
- Your Team Customers’ Reports: Reports of your team’s customers including status wise, wire recall/refund/charge back wise & communication wise.
