Retake Trainings

If you complete a training, but the Ai-Powered Quality Assurance System Identifies at least 3 issues in your communication with the customer, your CRM is blocked and you are required to take the training again.

You will have to re-watch the video, read the document and take the assessment again with at least 90% score to clear your training and activate your CRM.
