• The total leads allocated
• The actual number of packages sold
• The conversion percentagefrom leads to packages
• The corresponding multiplier based on your conversion%
• The total incentive earned in PKR for the month.

This breakdown helps sales agents understand how their performance impacts their incentives and provides a clear structure for motivating further sales efforts.
