This report allows you to view customers that have either raised a refund request, recalled a wire payment or initiated a chargeback.

Under the refund request column, you can further see a breakdown of customers as follows:

1. Total Refunds Requested
2. Approved Refunds
3. Rejected Refunds
4. Pending Refunds
