At the bottom of the CRM interface, there’s a button “Potential Customer Queries and Canned Answers"

  • This includes all the potential customer queries and answers relevant to that customer.
  • A detailed insight into the customer’s queries and how to best utilize these has already been given to you in the customer queries training.

Please remember that for each customer, the answers may slightly vary based on their status in cycle, and their payment status.
