Communication Summary in Timeline Form

The timeline view provide a date and time wise account of the customer’s communication.

You can also see the medium through which the communication was initiated and whether this was an incoming communication or an outgoing communication.

A summary of each communication is visible in the threads, with a link to view the complete communication for that particular medium in actual form available.

This format allows you to view in detail every email, call, sms or chat exchanged with the customer date & timewise.
