Communication Restrictions
  • As per policy, after 3 unsuccessful dialing attempts your call button will be disabled for 3 hours for a verified phone number, and for 24 hours for an unverified phone number.
  • Similarly, if you send a chat link to customer once, you will not be able to resend the link for 24 hours, if the customer doesn’t join live chat from that link.
  • However, the functionality is restored if the customer initiates contact directly.
