Actions Column
  • Customer Name: The name of the customer which they used to sign up with on the website.
  • The action column shows all the available mediums through which you can contact the customer.
  • You can engage directly with the customer via 2 options:
    1. Phone Call by clicking on the Call Icon.
    2. Invite them to Chat using the Chat Icon.
  • Email, WhatsApp, and SMS functionalities are disabled unless customer-initiated.
