Actions Column
- Customer Name: The name of the customer which they used to sign up with on the website.
- The action column shows all the available mediums through which you can contact the customer.
- You can engage directly with the customer via 2 options:
- Phone Call by clicking on the Call Icon.
- Invite them to Chat using the Chat Icon.
- Email, WhatsApp, and SMS functionalities are disabled unless customer-initiated.
