- Signup Date: The date on which the customer filled the sign up form.
- Timer: The time lapsed sign the lead was assigned to you.
- Interested/Not Interested: Indicates the customer's interest as marked by you, prioritizing customers.
- Notes: Shows the last comments made by agent on specific leads helping with a quick recall.
