Your Customers - Assigned

Let’s now understand the details against each customer on the Assigned tab, which will help you convert you customers with ease.

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer which they used to sign up with on the website.
  • Brand Name: The name of the brand through which the customer signed up.
  • Status: Indicates the current stage of the customer in the sales process.
  • Signup Date: The date on which the customer filled the sign up form.
  • Timer: The time lapsed sign the lead was assigned to you.
  • Interested/Not Interested: Indicates the customer's interest as marked by you, prioritizing customers.
  • Notes: Shows the last comments made by agent on specific leads helping with a quick recall.
