Administrative Cycle

• The "Administrative Cycle" tab includes customers with whom the last communication was at least 15 days ago.
• Any customer on which the reminder cycle has ended, and no contact has been established are listed here.
• You cannot initiate contact with the customers in this tab unless they contact you themselves.
• A monthly newsletter as a reminder is also sent to these customers.
