If you have already paused receiving new leads, you can start receiving leads, by clicking the same button at the top of the page.
You can temporarily pause receiving new leads through this button if you are unavailable or you have scheduled calls with your existing customers.
You can pause your leads for a few hours, multiple slots, or the entire shift depending on your availability and schedule.
Please consider your conversion percentage in mind when pausing your leads.
