- In case a member of your team is not available, the leads in their CRM are temporarily allocated to other team members equally by the team lead.
- You receive 50% conversion of leads already in contact in their CRM & 100% conversion of leads with no prior contact established.
- Please note that the Team Lead may change the percentage for each agent based on their involvement in the conversion of that lead.
