Fresh leads are automatically allocated to agents based on their quota & appear in the Assigned Tab of the CRM.
Leads from the following mediums will be assigned to you:
- Sign Up Form Leads: If customer fills the sign up form on the website. This lead will be counted as one complete lead.
- Call Leads: Of customers directly making a call on brand phone number. This lead will be counted as half a lead.
- Email Leads: Of customers directly sending an email brand email address. This lead will be counted as half a lead.
You can access the Assigned tab by clicking on My Customers, and then on the Assigned.
