When you log in to your CRM for the first time, it is mandatory to take the complete trademark system training.

Until you finish the training, and take the assessment, with at least 90% score, your CRM will not be activated.

If you close your CRM without completing your training, a pop up reminding you to complete your training will appear every time you sign back in.
