Proposed System

Your Business Unit’s growth includes additional columns for each agent's monthly performance, thus providing a detailed view of the performance metrics of each agent over time. The table displays the following for each agent:

  • Agent Bench: The sales target set for each agent.
  • Achieved Sales: The actual sales achieved by each agent in the given month. Click here to see the details of each sale made.
  • Average Bench: The average sales target set for each agent over the period.
  • Average Achieved Sales: The average actual sales achieved by each agent over the period.
