Your BU’s Growth On Current System

Your Business Unit’s growth includes an extra column for agent name, thus showing you the performance metrics of each agent individually.

The table displays the following for each agent.

• Targeted Bench shows the sales target set.
• Achieved Sales Actual monthly sales, with an average column showing overall performance. You can click to view sale details.

Additionally, your Business Unit’s Growth Chart table below displays the current and forecasted growth metrics, including the agent's current grade, current salary, forecasted grade, forecasted salary, and bench as per forecasted grade. You can click to view the detailed Growth Chart.
