Communication Wise
Your BU’s Communication Wise Customer Report tracks the communication status and assignments for each agent.
The table displays the following for each agent:
- Status: Indicates whether the agent is available or absent.
- Assigned Communication: Lists the number of calls, emails, SMS, and chat interactions assigned to each agent.
- Scheduled Communication: Displays the scheduled communication tasks (calls, emails, SMS, chat) for each agent.
- Actions: Options to allocate leads to another user if necessary.
