Your Business Unit’s Incentive for Classes displays detailed individual agent performance metrics. The table displays the following for each agent:

- Total Customers in Class Allocated in a Month shows the number of customers assigned to classes.
- Actual Count of Customers with Classes Sold represents the customers who purchased classes.
- Lead to Classes Conversion % indicates the conversion rate from leads to class sales.
- Lead to Classes Conversion % Multiplier (PKR) provides the multiplier based on the conversion rate.
- Total Incentive (PKR) shows the total earned incentive.
Additionally, your Business Unit Incentive for Trademark Advanced Maintenance, displays:
- Total Amount Paid shows the total amount paid by customers.
- Minimum Base Amount details the minimum base amount for incentives.
- Differential Amount shows the additional amount earned over the base.
- Total Incentive (PKR) provides the total incentive earned based on the sales.
