As a business unit lead, in addition to your performance as a Business Unit Leader & Quality Assurance, you have an additional tab of Your Business Unit Management in your CRM. This includes the following:

• Your BU’s Performance: On current & proposed system.
• Your BU’s Quality Assurance: Displaying the attendance and communication of all teams in your Business Unit.
• Your BU’s Customers’ Reports: Reports of team wise/agent wise customers including status wise, wire recall/refund/charge back wise & communication wise for all teams in your BU.
